Design Stories : Sharon Brunsher
Things have been a little quiet over here on the blog lately... we are busy working on a project that we can hopefully share with you soon.
I would like to start a new feature over here; Design Stories. While we are out and about (with our cameras) we come across some cool places...
The first one is the Sharon Brunsher - "a design house specializing in designing apparel, accessories and lifestyle products".
Entering into one of their shops is like a cabinet of curiosities... as we know, a concept M&J loves!! There is a calmness from the neutral colour pallette - from the clothing to the paper goods. The simplicity in the materials.. wood, metal, glass and fabric adds to this 'old labaratory' idea. I want to touch and feel everything in there! The order in the stacks, groupings and lines layered on the rough, old, original brick wall, all add to create the story.
